TecBond Aluminium Panels are easily formed and yet extremely stable which makes it ideal for creating new and stunning stand concepts at Trade Shows. Its excellent smooth surface enables precision screen-printing, clean photo mounting, laminating and UV Flat bed printing.

TecBond: Impact Resistance does not break like glass, asbestos panels or other brittle products. It is resistant to blows, pressure, and has a high buckling and breaking strength.

TecBond Optically Flat Panels panels consist of a core of low-density polyethylene machine-bonded between two outer skins of aluminum. This balanced sandwich construction produces a very rigid yet optically flat panel.

It is weatherproof and can be used in many applications where it is exposed to strong sunlight and severe industrial atmospheres. Consistent with the surface finish selected, it is highly resistant to the effects of such environmental conditions.

TecBond Good Temperature & Sound Resistance to absorbs to vibration and has a low resonance response and if compared to a solid aluminum sheet, TecBond absorbs as much as 6 times more then a solid sheet of aluminum. TecBond Easily Cleaned - Water and a sponge or soft brush are all that is required to clean

TecBond. In cases of more severe contamination, natural cleansing detergents may be added to the water. TecBond Fabrication - TecBond panels can be cut to size by sawing or shearing; shapes that are more complicated can be produced using a jig or band saw. Reverse side routing to produce a V groove enables TecBond to be folded into a whole range of shapes.
