 KapaŽ-Bloc    " Replaced with [Gatorboard] "

A continuously produced, Polyurethane foam-centered board, laminated to two sheets of melamine resin coated paper. Tighter cell structure makes KapaŽ-Bloc rigid, with high bending strength and pressure resistance. KapaŽ-Bloc is strong, durable, warp-free and has humidity resistance; humidity cannot diffuse through KapaŽ-Bloc's cell walls. With the extensive offering in gauges, widths (available in 5' widths), standard sizes, and colors of white or black, creative individuals can take full advantage of what KapaŽ-Bloc material can offer. KapaŽ-Bloc is less expensive than competitive board and has high heat resistance for hot-mount lamination. For screen printing, KapaŽ-Bloc is better, it accepts virtually all commercial inks, adhesives and paints.
